Haven't practiced in a really long time, so not exactly a beginner but certainly not ready to handle anything too complex - this was perfect! Good first step to getting back into yoga again! Calming, a few poses that stretch and demand muscle strength, but nothing that causes exhaustion. Thanks!

Nice mixture of floor work, standing and balances. Especially liked the shoulder stretches. Good all round stretching and calming.

Found this video very good for a beginner. Easy to follow, easy to understand narratives, and good amount of work within a short time. Would probably do this in the evening as I find at the end I'm very relaxed.

Hi dell,
Nope, the video doesn't stop during fish pose. There are several poses and savasana after fish..looks like you had an internet glitch, please contact our tech support, they will be sure to help.

Dell, posted on February 6, 2011

We were enjoying it, although it wasn't as specific on body placement as we would have liked, considering it's listed as for beginners. However it finished very abruptly in the middle of fish pose which wasn't good.
