The audio was awful but what I could hear was great instruction. Nice easy class, perfect if you are sore from a previous practice. Felt great.

Hi Trishna,
The music in this video is by Akasha Arts, a Vancouver, Canada collective of artists and musicians.
My Yoga does plan to make this music available for purchase on it's website at some point.
Thanks for asking.

I bow to your instruction! You are one of the very few instructors I have metwho add self massage in their practice ~ very useful! I loved how free and adventurous it made me feel and I hope you share morelike these with us. I love contemporary and yoga ....THANK YOU!!!!

Hi Wannabeyogi, thanks for the feedback. It's not uncommon to feel more sensation after increasing range of motion in a previously less mobile area. It's a useful skill to develop the ability to know the difference between sensation (getting sensory information from your body), and pain, which can be a warning sign. It sounds like you were able to work with the sensations that came up. Hope you do the practice again and can keep learning more from it. Jane

I really enjoyed every minute of this video. I have been looking for a video that included lots of "flowing" type movements to open up and unwind the entire body (I have been feeling very stiff lately). I found that about 6-8 hours after this video I started getting some generalized aches in my low back almost into my tail bone.... similar to what I used to feel after being adjusted by the chiropractor. It was relieved by doing forward bends. I was wondering if anyone else has experienced that with this video or similar type yoga practices? I thought maybe that the aches came from mobilizing some joints really well that hadn't been mobilized for a long time? Anyhow, I feel more mobile overall and want to do the video again! I don't feel that I injured myself.... I just feel a little bit "off" or unwound or something!
