This is the second time I have done this practice after a long hike and it is amazing the positive effect it has on my hips. The specific flow does a great job of creating space and eliminating the tightness. I literally felt 'pops' in both hips and am ready to exercise.

I feel strong and very relaxed soft Kerry thank you very much, I loved that side strech like virabhadrasana, it was very good, I felt my pain limit, but i took attention with breathing, Namaste, love and sun:)

Great Practice Kerri. I really liked how you continued to emphasize what we learned over the past couple days. This practice was great to really go inside and reflect. I like how at the end you emphasized the practice and yoga is not an emphasize on what you are doing but who you are and what you bring forward. Thanks so much.

This was great after my run this morning. There was definitely a new, deep sensation to me in that hip opening lunge, whew! I love how Kerri brings us into child's pose as a transition, wish more teachers would do that ;) Thanks again, Kerri and MYO!

Great practice after a nice run. Very nice pace. Warmth in the soothing directions and poses.
Although I did find myself wishing that Shivassana was a bit longer, I hardly had any time to receive the benefits of the practice. It could be adapted personally, so that you just stay in resting at the end, an come up to finish at your own pace.
