A challenging, vigorous class to clean out the mental and physical kinks and cobwebs. That abdominal work and the lunge kriyas got the core shaking but the overall pace of the class allows for deep, juicy stretches and plenty of time to breathe. Can't go wrong with a class taught by Clara! Thanks so much....

@MummaD, Instead of the lunge kriyas, just go through downward dog and go slowly. Honor the ole bones! Instead of pigeon pose, do thread the needle on your back. That should be easier on the hips. :) Lemme know if that helps!

Unfortunately, I didn't get as much out of this as I would have liked. The practice was a little beyond me..that's OK, I'll get there. But for some reason the streaming of this particular video didn't work well on my machine. Had to stop three times to restart the video. Will not do this one again until I can use a different machine.
