Love the harmonium and learning about the chanting! And Steph's cuing always helps me get the most out of every pose. Thank you!

So interesting to read the sharp divides here about the chanting. As Gaia suggests, just try Nicole for a chant-free excellent yoga session in the later offerings. I did find with the slim slice of 15 minutes (which is what I want) that the body based portion of the practice is my preference so the chanting and deity talk would only work for me coupled with a 25 or 30 minute session if and when I wanted those elements added.

I loved this session! The chanting is very healing and this deity is my favorite. I wish the sessions were 20-25 minutes

Drop the chanting, harmonium and the hindu deity nonsense - really irritating

No chants to dieties- disappointed this is the direction the series is going. I will not watch these again.

Thanks for your feedback. If you're up for it I would give this week a shot with our other teacher Nichole. She doesn't have chants as a part of her practice. We understand people like different styles and that's exactly why we have different teachers and mix up the classes!

I love the chanting it helps center the mind and get you into your practice!! I also love mantras! There are not that many practices on the site or chanting or mantras to there are plenty of other options but I am happy that you are offering this now! Also it's nice to find a place for new practices and new teachers

This felt like an even shorter practice today. I'm not a big fan of chanting but I am going to try to bring this with me throughout my day for the art of being centered. Wish me luck :)
