I'm not a dance person, but this was fun and easy to learn! Just enough to get a sweat up and feel stretched.

Ok I'll begin with the truth - I LOVE the Firm workouts, and Allie is my favorite instructor, so this video basically earned 3 stars before I actually started the workout, after doing the workout I have to give it 5 stars.
This is a easy to moderate workout - of course depending on how in shape you are. The moves are easier to follow then some of the "dancier" workouts. This is great on a mid cardio day.

This workout has some fun, low impact moves that will get you sweating. You won't be gasping for air, but you will definitely burn fat and calories.

She does a couple of fun combos, building on gradually, so even an uncoordinated person can keep up. Kept my mind focused on the moves and I wasn't even realizing how much I was sweating until it was over!
