This workout could be great for someone starting out who wants to build cardio and strength stamina. However, the cues are terrible. I suppose if you were familiar with the names of each move from The Firm and how to execute each move, it might flow a little better. I had no idea how to transition from one move to the next during the second cardio segment and ended up doing my own cardio for that portion of the workout. I don't think I'll be giving this another try as my time is limited and I'd like to be able to follow along to workout a little better than I was able to with this routine. I'm a fan of The Firm, but not this workout.

Not challenging

This workout starts slow but picks up slightly towards the middle. It's highly repetitive, more so than other workouts. The warmup is pretty boring, and the cues seem off. I follow workouts pretty well and can usually pick up footwork within the first two repetitions, but more than once during this video I would be completely thrown by some new move that wasn't cued well. I might do this again, but I think there are better, more efficient 30-minute workouts available.

I got a good workout out of this video but agree with the statements below that it was hard to follow. The weight section was very fast paced, I typically use 8lb dumbbells but would have had an easier time with 5lbs due to the speed.

Very hard to follow!

For me, this had great potential to be an awesome 30 minute workout, but Sue Mi's choppy cueing and erratic routines really threw it for me. Watching the experienced Firm instructors behind her making mistakes because of her cueing does not inspire confidence.

I have to say I was surprised that this workout had the intensity that it did because in every video I've seen Sue Mi in, she was barely moving. This is a great workout for beginners through intermediate! However, her cuing was off at times. She'd forget to add something in on one side and then remember to do it on the other. A couple of things weren't done on one at all.
