This video is what actually brought me to gaiamtv and made me become a member. Such a great workout that gets me sweating in about 9 minutes... amazing! Especially if you want to just get in a quick metabolism boosting cardio :)

I have to concentrate so hard to anticipate what she's going to do next. It's not that enjoyable for me.

This has become one of my favorite workouts. It is low impact, but it really makes me feel like I burned some serious calories. You will be drenched it sweat when you finish and you'll fee longer and slimmer. Alison's cues are on point and before you know it, the workout is over. If you have 2 left feet you may have difficulty learning and following the moves, but don't give up. Like everything else, keep practicing and you will get the hang of it. You will feel accomplished :)

The pace of this workout is way too fast to learn so many moves. Some of it I just had to adapt and do my own moves because I couldn't keep up. I gave 3 stars because it made me break into a sweat and I might be able to perfect some of the moves with practice, but I wasn't able to do the muscle work properly as it was too fast.

Unless you have done this workout before and know what all those moves are called that she is saying one second before you do them, then this workout is way too hard to follow. I feel like I am spending more time just standing around trying to catch on and when I finally do, she is on to another move. Don't care for it.

This workout will make you sweat but is done with low impact moves. Great mix of cardio and weight training.

I have tried both this, and "Cardio Overdrive" which are both led by Alison Davis and they are my favorite workouts by far! She is a great teacher and the workouts are not only fun but I REALLY feel like I am burning tons of calories! I recommend both of these workouts and I hope to try more!

I was a little hesitant to do this at first but Alison is very good at directing you as to what to do and the speed is not to fast. Will definately do again. Felt like I used every part of my body.

I enjoyed this workout. It will really help if you have some experience with aerobics, step or dance, and are able to follow basic moves. If not, you might want to do a couple of beginning aerobics vids before you take a crack at this one.

Alison Davis is very precise in her movements, and her calling is excellent (she very consistently calls the next movement 2-3 seconds before you do it, so you can be prepared). As a fairly out-of-shape person who used to do aerobics pretty frequently in her youth, I was able to keep up with about 80% of the movements and the fitness level (with some pausing and puffing and guzzling water). If you want more challenge, you could easily adapt some of the movements to more high-impact and puff a bit more. Some of the arm and leg movements were a bit complicated and hard to follow, but I'm sure some practice will smooth this out.

This was an enjoyable and thorough workout. 40 minutes went by pretty fast.
