Turns out this is exactly what my body needed to start the day. Soft. Lyrical. Reflective. Juicy. Gentle enough for a stiff spine. "Can you make an imprint on your mat from the depth of your surrender. Your mat may all but disappear as you let go, let go, and drop." Just beautiful words to finish final relaxation pose. Thank-you!
