This session was great, as are the several others I've tried from Cameron Gilley. He speaks clearly, has a really nice flow to his movements, and I always feel so serene and limber after his sessions. This particular session was helpful to me because I was recovering from sore muscles from shoveling snow two days ago. I wanted to ease back into my practice with something gentle and therapeutic. I feel so much better! Thank you, Cameron.

really enjoy this particular video.. my hips feel amazing afterwards and its challenging enough for a newbie like myself to get through and not feel discouraged.. his voice and instructions are calming and easy to follow.. Thank u for my practice today

Nice instruction, but this was not a good suggestion from Gaim for a 1st tape. I've done some beginning yoga w Suzanne Deason tapes and Jon Kabat-Zinn that were a better fit, gentler. Would be good for more agile, energetic folks.

I had this problem when I started watching the videos in the beginner 8 day guide, and it was not letting me play the videos through the guide, but I experimented by adding the video for the day to my playlist and ever since I started doing this, the videos play without a problem. I hope this helps you. =)
