Yoga Foundations: Flow: Hip Openers, Arm Balances, and Inversions Prep
During today's flow practice, explore challenging poses with openness and perseverance while utilizing everything you've learned thus far within this series. We will work on some of the same poses as in Rodney's foundation practice, but this time give more emphasis to breath and transitions.
