Fluid Yoga is a 60-minute vinyasa flow class with Kevan Gale is designed to begin you on your journey through these intermediate/advanced sequences. Beginning with a heat building standing practice and ending with a guided relaxation, you will find mindfulness and fluidity throughout this practice. Experience a practice that stretches and strengthens the entire body, with pinnacle postures including Eka Pada Galavasana, Wheel and Eight-Angle Pose.
This Level 1 practice prepares your body and mind for Kevan Gale’s Level 2 practice.
