First time for me to try the "Every day Yoga" and I liked it. These classes will help me when I don't have the time for a whole hour class. They are also helping me with the realization that I can still do yoga even thought it is not 45min or an hour. I can tend to think that I need the longer time to really do yoga!! My body feels open and the movement felt good. I also really liked the meditation time in the beginning. I am ready to take on my day!
