Attempting the arm balance was a little intimidating for fear of falling forward but I can see how with just a little practice this will become an easy routine.

Does anyone else have a fear of falling forward?

Sadilek, of course! When my yoga instructor first started working with me on crow pose, he suggested putting a bolster out in front of my head. I never actually fell into it, but it just gives me that little bit of security knowing something is there for me just in case :)
