Got hooked by the Facebook ads stating how much time we all waste scrolling through life... And finally decided to get back to yoga after many years! I'm starting slow... No competition but myself! And the Rodney Yee classes are EXACTLY what I need. Glad to be getting back in shape (I'm 61 and thin, but shocked at the loss of flexibility and balance!). Everyone can do this.... Just make the time.... And get off Facebook! Peace

A beautiful sequence, thoughtfully lead. I love how they start with finding balance in Tadasana, moving forward and back, side to side to find the balance. This is revisited later in the sequence when needed.

I truly appreciate this practice where I can focus on my breathing techniques while gaining strength and stability. The episodes are perfect in length and allow me to expand my practice day by day. Peaceful series!

Hi Rodney and Colleen:

I want to thank you both for putting together this foundations course. I am a returning yoga practicer and its a refreshing way to return to yoga, and with a beginners mind again.
After many years of not practicing and a few injuries later, this course is the perfect way to start again, with a unique and calming focus. At the beginning, you invited in all levels of yoga

I've been waiting for something like this on Gaiam, as many of the sessions were to fast/complicated. This is a perfect basic session, slow, detailed and nourishing.
