Yoga Prop Empowerment: Full Spectrum Support

Episode 4
Available worldwide

In this last segment of the Yoga empowerment series we continue using props to get more centered and clearer in our practice. The focus of this sequence is on stabilizing the hips and the shoulder girdle to create hamstring, upper back, neck and shoulder freedom and opening. We also experiment with removing the props while tracking and remembering what they felt like and keeping the actions they have empowered in us.

These practices are taught as a private class, pointing key actions and alignment principals while going through a centering and challenging sequence.

Props: 2 blocks, 2 blankets, strap

I thought it was a great practice!! I love all the tips on using the props to help get you deeper and to get that feel, it really is so very helpful!! I like your talking as it does keep your focus
on the moment and what you are really trying to achieve!
Love the series with the props keep them coming!

It was a very frustrating practice. I do not have a personal assistant to pass along all the props - nor do I have "children to assist me" as she suggested in her practice. Mine are all grown up - thank you for the suggestion.... The rhythm is too quick and I find at time this practice looks more like an improve than a plan and well prepared practice... too much talking. I would prefer that she does all the poses herself as "she" would have to set a rhythm that would be more appropriate. Namaste !

This was not easy and I did not felt good at the end. Like elements together I did not find good for me and not enought preparatrion, more to say hard practise stif, thank you anyway , Namaste not time also to feel stiram and sukham in asanas, to much too much talking.
