AWESOMESS......MC Yogi & Amanda

Ah man, this was *wonderful*. I feel embarrassed, almost, to not realize that you instruct/guide yoga practice. I am more embarrassed by my preconceived notions of you, as if what you wear gives any less credibility to the meaning behind your work - i.e. those sneakers in the video. This practice was a favorite thus far, especially with the mantra at the close. Regardless of neighbors judgment (and allowing that thought to flow in and out), I for my first time chanted out through the depths of my soul. I apologize for having been hasty in my preconceptions of you, Nick. And thank you, Amanda, and all else involved for guiding such a wonderful experience. Huge kudos to DJ Drez! I've been listening to albums of his since this practice - while making dinner, eating dinner, cleaning up, and will continue to listen as I walk the dogs in a minute. There's always a lesson, isn't there, in letting go of preconceptions. I'm excited to catch you at a festival or the like in the future. Be well! Namaste.

Ok class. Some really good parts but thet instructors do love to chat through the entire class and the om at the end goes on forever I had to turn it off and finish by myself.

I was apprehensive at first about taking on a 2 hour practice at home without the support of a community around me. However, this practice was truly enchanting and I felt completely embraced and supported in yogic bliss. Beautiful flow and teeming with wisdom. Phenomenal!
