I have been struggling with getting back on my mat. I am 43 and my body of course gets stiffer when i don't practice. This was a kind practice to easy me back in.

other than being 41 could have written this myself ;)

I overslept and didn't have time for a longer practice but wanted to so something to help stretch out the kinks and clear my mind - PERFECT! Just the right amount of movement and stretch for me having gotten right out of bed. Very grateful to have found this practice - it saved my morning! :-) Thank you, Danielle.

TY Danielle! Just what I needed to wake me up and get me ready for my day! Especially since I overslept and didn't have time for a full practice this morning! But this helped me brush off the fatigue and gave me an energy boost! Blessings!!

Though relaxing, I felt that too much emphasis fell to the wrist during much of the 10-15 minutes.

If you have wrist issues, this is too long with too much pressure on wrists.

Enjoyed this routine. Her voice is a little low, but I felt really good after this 15 minute routine.
