This is still and will always be one of my favorite videos for p.m. relaxation, or simply de-stressing. When a teacher can combine a the voice of calm, the background of peace and an instruction of asanas with ease, you find yourself going back for more, as I do with this for years now. Sometimes your body needs different things -- for me this practice is perfect on a day when my body is tired (and pushing myself toward a more active/longer practice is not beneficial) and/or at the end of a long day/week or before bed. It is gentle but fits in enough that I feel restored and relaxed. Thanks Michelle :-)

Please fix the sound issues on this practice, lots of pausing and jumping of music and direction which distracted from the enjoyment and relaxation I was getting from this otherwise wonderful session.

I really loved the relaxation of this video - told recently that I have a Pitta dominate dosha and that I should do cooling poses slowly. This was just right. Have to share also that my little dog Buddy seemed to love it as well - when doing the downdog poses he was there on the mat with me and during savasana he cuddled right up, turned over and laid on his back totally relaxed - i covered him up and he stayed with me until I was finished. He is now sound asleep on the couch. Thanks you.

I found this practice to be extremely relaxing, I definitely wanted to go to bed after this! This would be great for those who need to quiet the chatter before bedtime, or maybe after a stressful week! Great visualizations and I loved the Temmy Lewis music - went to Itunes right after to download the album - I have been looking for a new addition to my calming/meditation music and I am so glad that the music was noted at the end. I enjoyed this but found the voice over was out of sync with the movements which was distracting. I agree with the other comments that this is better as an evening practice and should be titled as such.

This is a great one to do to destress right before bedtime.Soft natural sounds like the gentle rain or beach sounds is so calming..makes for a better sleep and nice soft voice..soothing.Thank you!Gives a better nights sleep.
