I am a very big fan of this teacher and especially her A.M.P.M. for weight loss, which is a mature and more evenly paced practice than this one.
I believe this practitioner, at a younger age when it was produced, was not as mindful of the mobility and need for time to switch the poses, as you'll find in the previously mentioned runs. I will probably not watch this one again, but a joy to see the ease and grace of the practitioner.

I did appreciate the ease of this practice, especially since it did not have a lot of downward dog but it just moves to fast with some of the breathing. Did like the practice and the teacher though.

As a beginner, I find it helpful to me to watch the video one time and then proceed. When I did it with this one I was fine to move through. Bariatric clients may find this to fast due to time allowance for body position shifts.

The yoga was OK, but it crashed midway with an error message indicating that the video was unavailable. My only other complaint is that the instructor moved too fast. By the time I got in one position, she was moving on to the next.

She went through the poses way to fast...not just for a beginner, but even if you aren't a beginner, there's no time to breathe into the pose. Also much of the time what she's verbally telling you to do doesn't match what she's doing on the screen. The ocean is what kept me from turning it off.

Moves a little fast for beginners

From a beginner's standpoint, she went through the poses too fast, couldn't keep up with her. But, I will try it again.

She demonstrates beautiful yoga but gives no real explanation of how to integrate the body into the movements. She looks great but doesn't give the instruction she promises in the beginning of the tape. Nice is you just want to relax and do some very beginner type yoga and you already know how. Thank you.

This was my first try at Yoga and this was a nice easy video that relaxes and eases you in to the poses. I would fully recommend to any one.
