This has been my "go to" practice while at a pretty intense conference eating a little less than healthy food! The break of fire sequence is truly invigorating, helping flush away the bad! Every part of me feels open and ready to take on the day! Lovely sequencing!

it moves fast, but that's a good thing! It packs a lot into 20 minutes and makes it easier for me to hold a strong/uncomfortable pose- because I know it will be over quickly!

I need short classes so that is why I decided to try this one. It was a little fast at first but if I do it more then I am sure I will be able to keep up better. The teacher is excellent. I love her energy and this practice. I finished it feeling energetic and better than when I first sat on my mat. Thank you!
