I have done this practice probably hundreds of times. I always sleep better, always wake up more refreshed and always feel more energized the next day. I don't know why I don't do it every night.

@Lillylotter For something like those upper body side stretches, you can always adjust the degree of intensity to your own range of motion. Start off by keeping the supporting hand on the ground close to your pelvis and bend into that same elbow only as far as feels comfortable. Hope that helps! - Luke and the MYO Team

Liked this Video a lot. Thanks. Relaxed into the night. - Though I have a Question: Some movements or poses are difficult for me, for I am an absolute beginner. For example bending the whole upper body to the side. I can not do it yet. Is there an alternative Version for me? Thx a lot.

Such a lovely way to wind down my day. With some calming essential oils rubbed on the inside of my wrists, the generous hand-rubbing provided a perfect way to transport the calming scent! Perfection. Thank you for this practice. Namaste.
