Well-Being: Gifted Children: The Creative Process (Dr. Lorin Hollander) (1998)
Dr. Lorin Hollander, a child prodigy on the piano, performed his first concert in Carnegie Hall at age eleven. A phenomenally gifted concert musician and conductor for more than 40 years, he has made it his passion to research and teach on the subject of nurturing creativity in infants and children. Dr. Hollander currently directs the Institute for Transformational Education. Although no one yet knows for sure how such incredible creativity and gifts come through children of such a young age, Dr. Lorin describes his experience growing up with this ability and talks about his passion for nurturing children's education in support of creativity and prodigy.
