This short vinyasa practice with Troy Hadeed will get you moving and touch on all the main aspects of your physical body. All while bringing appreciation to all things in your life. Recall that time when all you wanted to do was run, but yet you stayed. Then, from that discomfort came a growth and realization that you would not give up for the world. Time to put it into practice. Buckle up!

Loved your message of gratitude and your loving/giving spirit! The practice didn't work for me, as I have wrist and shoulder limitations, so I did a lot of modification and "myown thing'. One notation that I would like to bring up is that I don't think this practice should be labeled a 2 - one armed planks are not moderate! I rely on these numbers when I choose a practice. Thank you Tony - you are beautiful.

I love that Troy's classes require you to find the space in the pose - not just the getting from one pose to the next. What makes this class challenging (and worthwhile) is that slowness. I also really appreciated the message. My husband enjoyed this as much as I did - which shows it's got broad appeal :-)

Thank you. This came at a very challenging time for me, but this practice helped me to see the beauty in it. Namaste!

Your teachings have transformed my yoga experience on so many levels. The loving kindness and wisdom you share through your words havehelped me to heal my body after a surgery, almost a year ago, and also to heal from a trauma. I am so grateful for Gaia and it's amazing teachers.
Thank you Troy!

I so appreciated your words and energy coming through this practice. I needed to hear it all today as much as I did in the Bahamas last summer. Life is an incredible journey and yoga like this helps me make sense of it.
Hope to practice with you again soon.
Much love,

This was chill but also empowering and strengthening... just what I needed during this Holiday season, and everyday! Those eagle sit-ups were fun too!

Thank you, Troy ... It was just what I needed to begin my journey toward practicing yoga every day from this day forward. I learned new information that I will incorporate into my future practices. You offered a beautifully balanced practice that incorporated Spiritual, Mental, Emotional, and Physical Aspects of Life ... I am looking forward to more of your practices and repeating this one ... Namaste and many blessings to you ...

It seems that this could be categorized as a Beginner class, but it was great to get some Vinyasa cues in case I have gotten lazy in my poses. It was interesting to slow it down too, and I liked the eagle exercise at the end.

This practice is exactly what I needed, Troy. I have just been diagnosed with brain cancer and it has affected my muscular control and sensations. I awoke this morning not wanting to know what I have lost, but your slow, considerate practice led me through the discovery. And I found strength in my body and heart that surprised me. Thank you.

Troy Hadeed, posted on January 5, 2016

@Apanakhi sorry i have taken so long to reply. I am sending you incredibly love and can only imagine the kind of courage bubbling up inside of you.
You are an inspiration to me and i am blessed to know that in some way my practice and teaching can assist you on your journey. I truly believe the mind is the most powerful thing
on the plant, and that the breath is kind of the mind........with it we can conquer anything i think, and remember that we are way bigger than any of this..... hope we meet some day.....
