Great video, but the dub voice was out of sync with the video. Good flow, moves (asanas) not especially difficult, but nonetheless, challenging.

@moonflower7I think if you change your browser you might have better luck, I started in IE and had a lot of problems loading videos. I changed to Google Chrome and I no longer have the same difficulty. Firefox might work, too. It seems that websites are designed with specific browsers in mind. I hope you find one that works.

HELLO! I was just wondering if anyone else is having problem's with the video's loading? havien't been able to get a video in 3 day's. going CRAZY!! i'm new to yoga and I LOVE IT!!! best thing to happen to me ( besides the kid's) it's done wonder's I just love this place "HELP"

Great class - my yoga practice includes many facets - individual on my own, in a live studio class led by teacher and full of fellow practitioners, and for the past few years, with on-line classes (previously with DVDs). Bibi's class was one of the best online classes that i've done so far. Thanks Bibi!

This is a great morning practice, well paced without being so fast that it wears you out before your day has started. I love the warm sound of Bibi's voice.

Ahhhhhh So sorry, I'm not sure what happened. Maybe I missed a side or it was missed in editing. Either way, this would be a good opportunity for you to practice the yoga of non attachment. Instead of attaching yourself to focusing on what you didn't get, be grateful for what you did receive out of this practice. Our bodies are not perfectly symmetrical......almost NOTHING is. Everything does not have to be done on both sides. Everything does not have to start on the right side and then go to the left. In fact, if you are right handed and always carry your bags on the right side, try carrying everything on the left side for a few weeks if you feel so strongly about symmetry. Energy is intuitive and able to go to the places in your body where it is needed. Allow your yoga practice to liberate the restrictions of your mind that you may receive all that you need by grace and not works. Blessings and Namaste!!!
