Loved this film, lots of gold in this video, Just look at the now, I know when I am on the dance floor I get into the music and become the music it is the most magical thing because time does not exist just the beat and rhythm just a great feeling - freedom. Thankyou for putting this film out

I did not get the point of the lady stopped at the red light. She had nothing profound to illustrate whereas the others did.
IIf she were using the stop effective, she could be blessing the drivers around her, sharing the peace and remaining alert so she doesn't miss the green,
It was frustrating to watch her and I almost stopped half way through. So the light finally turned green..not due to her effort but because it was timed to do so.
So what did she do??????

"When I need to heal a broken heart, I go to the dance floor." - Biggest epiphany for me. I'm one of those people who's always centered in my head...and this advice will probably heal my relationship - finally. I'd forgotten how powerful movement can be. Loved the easy, practical way these concepts were presented! :)

I'm new to the concepts of Here & Now, the HeartMind, and the truth of All Possibility. It takes breaking your programming and having to unlearn what you had learned and had thought, if those were your own thoughts. Sometimes I feel like Luke Skywalker when Yoda tells him that he 'must unlearn what you've learned' while he looks blankly into Yoda's eyes while out in the swamp. A deer in headlights also comes to mind. But with each day I make progress and the most important thing I have learned to accept is that this is my own one else's and thus, while there is guidance, there are no cookie cutters, or one size fits all cap to put on in order to understand much less have this experience. Some days, you turn over rocks, other days you make it up as you go along. And today, you see something that puts the puzzle pieces into place. You simply have to have the courage, or even the lack there of to just LET GO & LET IT BE. To let go is to be HERE and to let it be is to be in the NOW. At least that's how it's been for me. Thank you again for this material to help me along.

They should have cut out 15 mins. at least, plus cut out most of the car scenes. It had a good topic, just BORED ME waiting for the next fact or point of information. It needed more information and less fluff. Short and sweet would have been better. (A true example of an Awesome/Information Packed movie by comparison - go watch on Gaiam the film by Freddy Silva "Otherworld: Places of Initiation and Living Resurrection - WOW ! ) The universe compensated by bringing me to that movie afterwards. That is a movie I'll rewatch over and over !

Take a shot every time you see the girl in the car! I love Tom Crum! What a boss. Did you know he was John Denver's "body guard" ? I love his book "The magic of conflict".

Good film. I would have enjoyed seeing more of Gabrielle Roth's movements with music which she has so powerfully used to help people, center, expand, release.. I am familiar with her work, have a number of her videos that I have used with clients and myself... and her work has been extraordinary...
