For a non dancer with zero rhythm.....I had fun....modified and challenging sequence but good stuff!
You are so precious and I enjoy mat time with you,,,,

That was awesome. After a 6 hour car ride yesterday and a 3 hour flight - my body and spirit thank you. All the flowing movements was just perfect for this morning at sunrise. Natalie

Thankyou Beautiful Mary Claire... You are such a golden light.. I have done many of your practices and loved every one!!
Today is very hot and humid and i ended up having to strip down to almost nothing during this.. I loved the fun playful flow and energy of this class but struggled a little with the pace towards the end..
No complaints though.. I felt amazing and light after... admire your energy and devotion to our yoga world.
Love and Gratitude xoxooxoxox

Thank you for meditation and Om at the end. A lot of the videos on Gaia don't include time for this. To me its so important in a practice and I'll come back to this video just for this reason. Also, I loved the fiery flow to this practice. So invigorating.

I also thought that she launched into some difficult postures without adequate warm up. I tuned it off at the 30 minute mark, at least one whole round behind, and my neck sore from staring at the screen trying to figure out what i was supposed to be doing.

i have severe scoliosis. I'm trying to heal myself with root chakra balancing and yoga. I highly recommend this class for spinal issues! Helps me relieve muscle tension and relax

Loved this class!

Ended up turning this off half way through. Her verbal instruction is quite poor, and you need to spend more time watching the TV to find out what she is doing, instead of being able to easily understand her coaching.

This was a delightful practice--choreographing a flow of yoga poses into a gratifying dance. I enjoyed the music. Thank you!

This was an interesting experience. I have never done a fusion class before. I was so excited to finally see a level 3 class posted that I was inspired to try it. I must say, by the time you entered the lunar phase, I was ready for it! Thanks so much. I hope to see some more level 3 or 2-3 classes posted soon! (I must admit that I didn't like Gaiam's choice of background music - not very yoga-like or spiritual!)

I always love her classes! This one was a lot of fun. The background music was weird.

Thank you Mary Clare for a groovy yoga class! It was fast, flowing, and challenging. A few times I got mixed up, but because the flow was repeated I was able to catch up. It was a nice all rounded practice. My body, mind, and soul feel great! I highly recommend trying this class!!

I was able to do only 85% of this practice, skipped the more advanced stuff, but the pace, choreography and the rapid flow of poses was really amazing and refreshing. For me this practice is best enjoyed when one is fresh and rested as I was after a nap.

love to hear that!!! it is truly a 'dance" flow, inspired by my years as a dancer!

This was fun and wonderful. I appreciated moving my body in new ways and the originality. Thank you,

MC, thank you for another wonderful practice! This flow was so delightfully fun and playful! My kind of full-body workout. Namaste.

so great to hear! sounds like a Soul Shower!!!

really great movements. very fast to follow. if you know the full practice then you could maybe flow with it and as a participant it is hard to get a flow when it moves so quickly. Would love to have it slowed just enough to follow. loved it!

I wish there was a slow mo button! Thank you for the feedback! Happy day!

I really enjoyed this practice and worked up a great sweat. I'm glad I saw it while using the Roku instead of the laptop since I probably would not have tried it if I had seen it was "level 3."

maryclaresweet, posted on January 23, 2016

so glad you caught it! hope you enjoy an awesome weekend

yummygirl, posted on November 13, 2015

yes i liked it but so quick can not see what you are doing and then do it

jtacklin, posted on November 13, 2015

many gratitudes for this quick and delicious practice (how does quick and valuable go together so well like that ?! )
and... Savasana felt like a first (!) and I wondered what it would be like to ALWAYS relax as if it's the first time I'd ever relaxed. Om Shanti, Peace, Tom
