thank you @Veda ... yes, this is a nice, light practice that emphasizes breath as the means of expansion - the postures merely follow

Man this is beginner! Inhale, the name of the pose, exhale. I simply can't keep up because as a beginner i don't know what I'm doing!! Im just trying to watch an expert do a normal routine while doing a voiceover later! Hardly relaxing..

That's fantastic, telma! I am strong believer that the benefits of the practice stem from the connection and utilization of breath. The breath fuels strength, creates expansion, and facilitates awareness. Namaste, Kreg

As I finished this class, and went onto standing postures , I was able to let my breath power my postures.
I made a leap today, thanks to you.

Nothing calm about logging in as usual to get something totally unexpected! Password?? That's why it's stored & I just click log in. So where is my faves button, oh there it is under something else. Oh, now I have to download another programme to be able to watch my video which doesn't run smoothly. Thankfully Kreg was there to soothe my frayed nerves so that I'm able able to let the fact that I'm now late, pass on by. thanks Kreg, who'd have thought change would have created such a reaction lol
