Enjoyed this video from 2008. I chronically have had issues with "happiness" here on Earth. Over the last 25 years, each year seems a bit more happier as I have found my balance and established coping mechanisms. Recently, one of my most happy well adjusted friends has moved away and it was a loss for me to not have that boost that her steady beacon of sunshine and engaging conversation provided me as well as others if they stopped to think about her influence over others.
I came to the conclusion that what I recognize and love in her could be assimilated into my essence if that became my intent. In other words, I have made the intention to choose more zest for life in all areas.
I believe this is a reachable goal although it will take some major sifting on my part.
Watching/listening to this video helped back up my initial intention with scientific research and I have added this video to my playlist.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please know that we are doing our best to ensure that our titles are available to all Gaia members. Unfortunately, there will be circumstances where the Licensing Rights for a certain country have already been sold, or are just unavailable to us. While we certainly do not mean to have you feeling left out, we have decided that offering a title to at least some members is better than none at all. We are working to make international availability a big part of our contracts going forward.

Thank you for your feedback and for being a member of Gaia!

I would like to watch it again, but it's all simple stuff that I do already, but I just need to do more regularly. So I'm happy to say that I'm on the right path!

I am going to have to watch it again. It made a lot of sense, but it's quite bait of info.

Host Marci Shimoff does an excellent job of questioning happiness experts on a variety of topics, giving concrete steps to elevate your happiness level. According to the experts in the field, our happiness level is set at a certain level, but with a bit of effort we can elevate this level and become happier, more fulfilled individuals. I have watched this video several times and it is uplifting and informative. Highly recommended for repetitive viewing .

It would be great if I could get rid of the white space on the right side of my screen. It takes up almost half of the movie view. The "X" does not work to make it go away.
