Thank you Doug. Good to know stuff. I know it must have seemed like a very silly question. Too bad about the yogurt. I am increasing exercise now that we have nicer weather here in Toronto. Unfortunately, i am healing a torn and frozen rotator cuff/ shoulder. Your videos are helping. Maybe you could a class for students and teachers with injured shoulders! :) With Gratitude,

Hi Lisa,

Rest mindfully and heal well - take your time and don't worry about weight again- just be healthy and enjoy your practice. Blessings, doug

Doug, I enjoy all of your videos! This was super helpful! Now only if you could come to my house and teach my 9 year old son all this goodness! LOL My son loves his chocolate and chocolate milk. Thankfully, he only likes raw vegetables, like carrots. He likes fruit. I have a quick question. I recently started eating the frozen fruit instead of putting them in the blender. Like organic cherries and blueberries. I have half a cup or so of each every day. It's my new thing. I have them with plain, coconut or vanilla yogurt sometimes. It's like eating gelato. What are your thoughts on berries and will I put weight on from eating them this way versus in a smoothie?
Thanks so much in advance. :)

Hi Lisa,

Thank you for you support and kind words -

You cannot gain weight from eating natural berries - unless they have added sugar - frozen, or fresh - will not cause weight gain.
But the yogurt can cause weight gain - unless you offset with more exercise.

Your son can try unprocessed Cacao, without all the additives - but chocolate does have caffeine so will make him hyper active too.
Try Carob candies it taste the same with no additives

Blessings, Doug

I am really interested in what you are saying, but it is really hard to hear you. And my volume works well normally, and is all the way up.

This is my second time trying to view this video, it was very difficult to hear the words. Did anyone else have this problem or is my system failing?
