Expecting a Child: Home Again (1999)
There are many things to take into consideration when bringing the new baby home. We listen to a nurse as she explains new baby follow-up care at home from care of the cord, holding the baby, and changing diapers. Linda is coming home with her twins and she shares some of the unexpected challenges she discovered. We meet other new parents that recently brought home the baby to learn how they adapted to the new life in the home. What was once an everyday task is no long as easy to do, as energy levels drop and tending to the babies needs throw a once routine schedule into disarray. Information on different types of car seats for different ages and sizes is also provided.
