Dear Kate, I do not consume caffeine. I get at least 7 hours every night of sleep, and I do not eat horrible foods all the time, yet my fat is still there. Can you help me?

kateleinweber, posted on June 17, 2013

@kalagala - Yes, switching to decaf is a great first step. Removing coffee from your diet can either be from a cold turkey or transitional approach. I find the transitional approach is often more sustainable. You can also have a few days a week where you enjoy a green tea instead of coffee. I regularly have about 3 coffee's per week and enjoy them immensely! :)

Hi Kate, thanks for this. Would changing initially from regular coffee to decaf be a step in the right direction? I love the ritual of coffee in my life and have one a day enjoying cafe life often with freinds and like the idea of holding on to this! Interested in your feedback. XX Kate

@jenshu - The foods I recommended are the most powerful for addressing adrenal fatigue. The strongest vegetarian foods would be seaweeds and nettles. They are quite weak in comparison to the bone broths.

jenshu, posted on April 29, 2013

Hello! You suggested seaweed, organic bone broths, and organic, grass-fed animal products to help support proper functioning of the adrenal glands. Would you suggest any other foods for a strict vegetarian (I do love seaweed, but definitely won't eat it in sufficient quantities, in part because of its relatively high sodium content). Many thanks!

@shibani - Seaweeds, nettles, parsley tea.

short, precise n informative! What kind of veggie foods(no fish) helps to regenerate the adrenal glands?

good video. It was informative to learn about adrenal fatigue and the role it plays in bodyfat storage.

The video won't play! This is very frustrating and I hope the problem gets fixed so that I can watch it!

I also have trouble with MYO videos. Never have trouble with videos on any other sites. This is the main reason I've subscribed and cancelled several times because I end up getting frustrated with the video issues. I love MYO but I'm not happy with the video issues.

@Jayrae It depends on the vegan and what your needs are. A vegan diet is usually low in fats so i usually suggest coconut oil and hemp or flax oil.

Thank you, Kate! Wonderful information!

Thank you for the great information. What healing foods would you suggest for a vegan in addition to seaweeds?

Thank you Kate! I have come to realize that the more coffee I consume, the worst I feel :( It is time to put it to rest and let it go. blessings to your day.... mb

Anybody else not getting the video to work? I've clicked on it about five times and it buffers for a few seconds and then stops...not having any issues whatching videos on other sites.
