Its great to get commentary on how "not" to do it and how it "should not " feel. I realise where my mistakes have come in in the past. Definitely feeling awake in my core now!

WOW! what a sadhana! thanks! I could feel my core working and made me realize how much I need to work my core, the asanas where fun, dynamic and challenging but my body find the way to achieve the poses.

After withdrawing for a couple of weeks from the pain killers I was using for moderate to extreme pain, I started your yoga a month later. I had doubts of staying clean after the withdrawal stage since my pain kept creeping back in. Then I started your "I am Strong" session of yoga last week and since then your style of yoga has prevented me from slipping again. Thank you again, Rina!
