That was great and actually very energizing for early morning. I am not as strong as I once was, but this was a challenging and fun practice. I would love to see some variations for the more difficult things- like headstand- what could a less advance practitioner be working during the time that others are doing headstand, or crow push ups, etc.?

Hey @hannah.dorafsha Yes you can always do the prep poses of those which means you are doing the poses without lifting the feet at all! You will get stronger that way. Blessings, Rina

This workout was about developing strength and my arms were burning half way through, they had not felt like that since I had done gymnastics 20+ years ago. I loved it, I couldn't do all the chaturangas in the end BUT I now have a goal, to keep trying and keep growing stronger as per the affirmation at the end. This was awesome thank you Rina :)

With crow push-ups and jumping into handstands, I doubt this really qualifies as a moderate practice.

Dearest @nicoleurdang, You can always pause the video and take your time to do the drill at your own pace. The crow pushups and attempts at jumping into handstands are meant to challenge our perceptions of ourselves and help us see that we can do things within our own process when we step outside of the box a little. Do your best and enjoy the progression of your evolution. I know you can do it - even if it's modified. Namaste and love, Rina

This one followed by "I am open" back to back was a great session. Thought it might be too much but was a very good workout and i feel as though everything has been worked. Very relaxed and very sweaty! Might be my new Monday night routine.

Very helpful, very balanced, thank you! However, I felt there wasn't quite time enough to breathe well in some of the poses. The rolling of the head in the beginning was also a bit too fast; that neck is kind of a fragile part of our body. Still I'm very grateful for the practice you created:)

Hey @susannem I agree that the neck is sensitive so you have to go at your pace. Feel free to slow it down or skip the neck circles. I'm glad you enjoyed the rest though and that you feel balanced. Blessings, Rina

Although I enjoyed Rina's positivity and wonderful direction, I found this class quite challenging for a level 1,2, especially after coming back from a bit of a break from yoga. Will keep working at it!
