Really loved this intermediate class with beautifully interwoven crows and pinchas. It does flow quite quickly but if you want to hold a stretch longer, just press pause =) Loved the relaxation at the end - well done!

Such a great flow, I love that the verbal guidance comes a split second before the move so my brain has time to follow :)
You are a great instructor, that makes everything looks easier and possible. Thank you!

The speed and novelty are great for those that have some comfort developed with the beginners poses.

Rina Jakubowicz, posted on June 3, 2016

Yes this is meant to be more flowy so it is meant to be for those who know the poses a bit more. But we can always keep growing! :) Love always, Rina

Thank you Rina for such a great Ebb and Flow class. You are a great yoga teacher. This class was challenging, yet you provided options for all levels and to just be with where you are. The flow was fantastic. My body feels so good. I also really liked the savasana- the colour movement up the body felt wonderful. I will do this class again! I highly recommend this class!! I am so grateful :) Peace, love, and light.

Great practice! Quick, challenging & relaxing! My favorite part of the class was the teacher, Rina! She is very encouraging and positive. You can hear her smile in her voice! Her style of teaching is using very specific instructions, where I don't have to look at the screen. I just listen and know exactly what to do. I will certainly look for more of her classes on Gaiam! Thank you!!!

Rina Jakubowicz, posted on November 17, 2015

I'm glad you feel positive and encouraged! :) Keep it up! :) Namaste and love, Rina

Thank you Rina. There were some different poses in there that I enjoyed. I like that you went in reverse during the balancing series. You have a wonderful presence.

Hey @jeremiahhyslop I like changing it up so that the students stay present and connected. :) I'm glad you felt that. Love always, Rina

I found this a lovely flow - had a few of the slightly more advanced poses (due somewhat to speed), nice balance of flow & holds. I didn't get burnt out on chaturangas (which I sometimes do) ;-) A little challanging without anything crazy; the flow was very intuitive. A new fave (as many of Rina's practices are) for sure!

Rina Jakubowicz, posted on September 7, 2015

Hey @brookenm I'm glad that you found this lovely and a new fave. Your inner practice is the most powerful practice you have so keep it strong without burning out. ;) hehe! See you on the mat.

aromarose, posted on August 30, 2015

Don't spend any time in a pose to feel any benefit. I guess sun salutations aren't my most favourite either. I guess not a practice for me....

Rina Jakubowicz, posted on September 7, 2015

Different strokes for different folks @aromarose. It's always important to know what doesn't serve you so that you can choose consciously. :) Enjoy another class and go deep within.

A great class!! I feel just wonderful after it, thanks Rina! I really enjoyed the standing sequence, and the backbends, but would have liked a little more time in the closing postures. Thanks for this!

Rina Jakubowicz, posted on September 7, 2015

Hey @kategg Thanks for your feedback. I'm glad you liked the sequence. You can always pause me and go deeper for yourself in the poses. I won't take offense. ;)
Glad you feel good. Love always, Rina

Love these faster paced classes for building energy and especially useful in a shorter under an hour format. I think it's advanced because of how one hops into crow, for instance.

Rina Jakubowicz, posted on September 7, 2015

Glad you felt the flow @magma7 Enjoy the energy built up! :)

sdabrowski, posted on August 27, 2015

the standing sequence was more like a quick run through of poses. i felt like i was watching some aerobics video or something. i'm guessing the fast pace was the only reason it was labeled as advanced. i never felt like i really got anything out of a pose. beautiful message, but i think the practice would be more meaningful if there was a little more time to settle into each pose. the pace kind of ruined it for me.

Rina Jakubowicz, posted on August 27, 2015

Dearest @sdabrowski I understand that it was a bit fast for you and for some. You can always pause me and go at your pace. And your effort is the most important part of the practice, not the execution of the pose. :) Regardless, I will take your comment to mind when I shoot more videos. :) Thanks
Love always
Rina

sdabrowski, posted on August 31, 2015

thanks for writing back! i actually think that the execution of the pose is important - to get proper alignment and to create space. after injuring my shoulders a couple years ago, i've focused more on alignment to make sure i'm getting the appropriate muscle groups to fire, etc. and it's worked well for me. i'll try out some of your other practices too as this was the first one of yours i did and enjoyed everything other than the pace. best, sally

Rina Jakubowicz, posted on September 7, 2015

Hey Sally, Sorry to hear about your shoulder although sometimes injuries come in as a way to remind us to slow down. ;) That's happened plenty to me.
Anywho, yes the pace was a little faster on purpose so feel free to slow it down however you like. I look forward to staying connected. Love, Rina
