I love this series, and as a beginner have found that there are other more advanced classes I am able to do because I did these first.

i just did the whole series today and absolutely loved it. it felt great to get back to basics, being reminded of the alignment in the postures. i was a tiny bit hesitant to try it since it was labelled 'for beginners' but luckily I felt called to try it. i think it's a great practice for all levels - i have practiced for many years and found the practice very rewarding.
all in all a lovely well rounded practice with great instruction and pace. will definitely return to this. thank you so much!
