This is perfect in the evening. Very relaxing & great for beginners.

Nice still practice, with long holds of the poses. Couldn't get comfortable for the relaxation laying on the front though so had to abandon it for something more conventional.

Hello 'mrenkow', for the savasana on your stomach you might not have been propped up high enough. If you don't have a thick round bolster try rolling up a big blanket around some pillows. Also check the angle of knees and hips. It should be more comfortable if you can lengthen the legs further away from your hips. Think of very long frog legs. I was 5 months pregnant when I made this video, so was unable to do this one myself. Let me know if this helps.

This class is different from anything I've done so far on MYO. I feel open and invigorated. This class is NOT for people with neck problems. I'm also not sure how I feel about the Shavasana on your stomach. My hips had difficulty getting comfortable in this position and my knees didn't want to lay like that.

Ahhh I feel so amazing after doing this flow. Thanks Marla!

Not bad, but I expected a little more instruction. I prefer reminders such as "press the big toe to the floor. separate the shoulder blades. soften the face. engage the pelvic floor".... etc. This video pretty much just showed you the basics of the pose. That said, I do feel better for having done the practice.

that's why I like Marla, she doesn't interrupt my meditative flow with physical corrections

There are other teachers if you want that sort of thing -- and once in a while I do as the reminders are good.

However, this is a Level 2 class, and not for beginners, therefore we know the basics.

Thank you, Marla, for respecting our knowledge.

I've been meaning to comment and I'm finally doing it. Marla is an excellent teacher and I really enjoy her classes. She gives great explanations to the poses and gives alternatives if you aren't super flexible. I reallt appreciate that!!

I really enjoyed this practice... slow but deep and very gentle. I loved the shavasana on the belly, first time I've done that exact set up.
