Hi beautiful people & teacher!!!!!!
This was exactly what I needed after an intense work-out. I loved how deep and long the poses were held. It allowed me the space to hear and feel my breath. Thank you for your heart, energy, and for guiding me on such a beautiful 43 minute session. I cant wait to try out all of your classes. So happy i discovered you:)))))
God bless and big hugs!!

P.S. I heard everything perfectly, but the volume was very, very low.

vegeheidi, posted on December 3, 2015

Dine wore a microphone but I don't think it was turned on . I didn't hear most of what she said and I had my volume turned all the way up. That was an extremely short practice for 43 minutes. Dina was informative from what I could hear and a soothing and comforting instructor.

This was a lovely practice. Last night held thunderstorms here and held much healing and purification as well. The detoxification needed continuation this morning, so I pressed play on this video. How beautiful and fitting it was. Thank you for your work and generosity. Love and Well-Being to you. Namaste.

I loved this wonderful practice!! However there are a lot of things Dina says that are too quiet/low for me to hear in my medium-quality computer speakers... Which is very sad because they seem to be wise knowledge and important advice!! Is there a way to bring the volume up of this beautiful video?

Thankyou for the liver and gallbladder information.

dreatica, posted on July 8, 2015

I thought this practice was a good fit for how I was feeling but I found the volume to be a real problem. Considering you do so much speaking in this video the audience should be able to hear you throughout. I watch many yoga videos on this site and this video was by far one of the quietest, especially starting about 15-20 mins into it. That being said, I don't see any one else commenting on the sound so perhaps its just an issue for me. Thanks for the practice!

Namaste and thank you Dina.
You are a truly gifted teacher.

Any chance of some longer practices?

Thank you for the lovely practice this morning. I enjoy the learning aspect re: the energy meridians....a subject I am very interested in learning more about. Could you recommend any books that you have found that may be useful?

Thanks Dina, so glad to do a vinyasa practise that is actually moving slowly enough to enjoy each posture. Perfect, thank you.

I enjoyed the practice, her personality/style and the scenery. However, I had trouble hearing a lot of it. The volume was set too low for my laptop.

This was so wonderful, it's been hard for me lately to get on my mat and life has been stressful. (when is it not?!) The timing and intensity was a great way to come back into yoga. Every word you said fit so perfectly with how I felt and within the practice. It was emotional for me, as you said, but I felt a great release in negative energy that I have been storing up. Thank you.

I love this video! Even when I'm exhausted this sequence makes me feel great.

yogawithdelana, posted on February 27, 2013

Pranayama at the beginning really helped me settle in. Short holds in the yang sequence make for a nice feeling of activity and flow. Three yin poses - good ones! Some meditation before savasana. Great combination of techniques. Lion's breath with arm and leg movements in salabasana: Wow!

Very calming practice with a deep lower body stretch. A nice combo of traditional and yin yoga. The sound gets very quiet about half way through, so you will have to adjust the volume.

I am so inspired and uplifted by your comments about my detox video! Thank you!
In response to katarinamandarina... look at the other videos that I have posted on the site.
Almost all of them have a really delicious long yin practice in them. Also, there are more videos that are being edited and are coming out soon... so keep your eyes open. There will be a video for reducing stress in the morning that has some lovely Yin & InnerYoga in it. Wishing ease and vitality to all! Dina
