This is perfect as you get a full body stretch even when you are so ill you can barely move, it deeply relaxed me and gave me more energy! I loved the immune flow at the end, I've got quite tight shoulders and it was very relieving.

I have been catching every bug or virus that seemed to be going around this winter. After experiencing a sick free winter last year, I was really disappointed and frustrated. With the spring sunshine in the UK at the moment, and me being ill for the fifth time, I was incredibly blue. I have work this afternoon and didn't know how I would face it. Instead of spending the morning in bed, trying to rest as much as possible before getting ready, I decided to do this practice. I was sick of being in bed! I feel so much better now, I feel as if I can tackle the day despite feeling crummy, it opened up my passageways so I am breathing better, and all the lower body stretches have helped me feel less bloated and gross. Bring on Friday!!

I should also note that I have had really severe body aches and pains since developing this virus, and the practice helped ease them rather than making them worse or conflicting with them.

I am a huge fan of this practice; especially, when I remember to put a couple of drops of Restoration essential oil from Edens Gardens between my palms. The combo is really terrific.

I was having a bit of a pity party over having a cold. When I saw this immune system booster, I almost passed because I thought nearly an hour would be too long with my stuffy nose, cough, and headache. WRONG! It was over before I knew it, I'm breathing much better, and even finally felt up to taking proper care of myself. Sitting back now, chasing my vitamin C and oil of oregano with a huge mango/pineapple/cilantro/cashew milk/curry smoothie. Ahhh...

This was wonderful... I was shocked that I could last for the 53 minutes but I did and hopefully I will be OK from it. Actually hoping I will be better than OK... if so.. that will
give me a big boost mentally as well as physically. Once are bodies have been invaded, so to speak, it takes years to get back what we had.
Thank you...the offerings are getting better and better... it does take time reading and deciphering each one but so far each one has been exactly as it was designed. I am

Day 4 of the flu and my whole being is sore, tight and oversensitive. I really set myself up well with a heated blanket and lots of blocks and bolsters so I was absolutely comfortable. The sequence was natural and I appreciate the generous hold times, including the prompt to pause if more time was needed. Loved the under the-back strap technique! I enjoy working with straps but felt that needing to hold them took away from the relaxation; this solved that beautifully. Namaste!

Thank you Dina! For the last two days I have struggled with digestive issues. I went to my mat twice but didn't have the energy to do a vinyasa or even some of my more calmer practices. After this class, my stomach is calm and not tight. I was able to get breath down to my belly and beyond, took awhile but it did happen. This has been added to my playlist and truly is a healer for those who aren't feeling well but need to practice. Thank you so very much.

I do this practice any time I'm under the weather and find it helps a lot. I never noticed the music until I paid attention today after reading the previous comment. I don't find it irritating at all and to me, it's barely audible. (I usually keep the volumes family low.) The music is like a steady heartbeat. I think it is intended to be subtlety stimulating throughout the long static poses.

I'm sure this is a great practice, but I didn't last more than 15 minutes, because of the music. It's not relaxing! And kind of bad. No offense, it's just not great music for such a slow practice, and I think I will have that tune stuck in my head for a day. I really wish I could listen without the music because this practice is exactly what I need right now. :-/
