Thanks for this excellent post. I truly appreciate the idea of doing yoga with your children to this particular piece. The idea is to not worry about the way it looks but to feel the swing of the movement, and to enjoy the feeling of moving with breath. You clearly understand!

Thank you, Kate Potter, for finding your way to Gaia, this video was the perfect way to start my day, as well as use anytime throughout the day for a fun pick me up! It is a smooth pace, but that doesn't mean it won't get your heart going in areas and get the blood flowing and encourage balance! This would be a good one to invite your yogi children to join in as they would find joy in some of these fun poses, too!

Sorry not to get you flying with this one. All the best.

This was a perfect practice for me. Fun to play with--felt like flying. Good imaginative work.

Great!! It is actually easier faster isn't it? I love to hear that people can feel the exhilaration of movement with breath. Thanks for your comment.

The pic on the practice got my attention, it looked like so much fun. The practice is sweet but so so slow, the music doesn't help either. I was looking for something to get me energized in the morning. Will save it, but its more of an evening practice. Very good practice, needs a different pic and description.

It's really good to know that this felt slow to you. Everybody is just so different and our needs are so different every day and even at different times of the day. Best luck in your practice! Kate

A great practice to wake up to, and LOVED the savasana. Namaste.

That is super to hear. I now have a CD available called Four Contemplations. One piece is devoted to Savasana only and although it is much longer, it is, for me, the most important tool in yoga. Thanks for getting it. Best to you. www.katepotteryoga.ca
