You can not go wrong by doing any of Kreg's classes, his knowledge of anatomy and what one should
Or should not do for their body based on injuries is extensive.

Hi telma, glad you enjoyed this practice ... adding an exercise ball to your practice occasionally can charge up your connection to your proprioceptive skills ... the ball can also act as a massaging tool in some poses. Namaste, Kreg MYO

Thank you again for htis video. The 3 ball videos are a staple of my practice. Because of time commitments, I do the 7 min video the most often.

I was thinking whats with all the planks and when do we get to really stretch the adductors.
Then I got on my horse and felt a much deeper seat. Thank you.

I LOVE this class, I feel really worked a couple of days later...Fantastic way to get more out of your poses :) Kreg\'s a star! Thanks!

I like this beautiful calm class. Some of the exercices are really challenging, because the use of the ball makes them not easier. The sound intensity is well balanced between voice and music, that meens, the music doesn\'t bother me (smile). Thank you Kreg!

Exercises look great but not able to manage lots of them... Need to train more, I guess for this session.
