This workout abruptly ends at 40 minutes, in the middle of one of the movements. Is there more to this video?

Great workout but it doesn't have an ending the video cuts off!

Loved it! A great challenging class away from my studio.

This was so much fun! I especially loved all the ones that involved rolling back and forth and the cancan exercise.

This vid only goes to about 30 of the 40 minutes. Something happened with the conversion to GaimTV. Needs to be fixed!

really great no frills pilates mat class. the only thing that i would suggest is matching the voice instructions with the video more. sometimes it messed up my breathing when i switched from listening to watching. otherwise great intermediate class!! thanks :)

The class definitely had some challenging moments and I will probably do it again at some point. But I have a few suggestions for future classes. First, the challenge with a video class is that I generally cannot look at the video while doing exercises. Therefore, they need to be explained a bit more clearly. For example, when you say, "bend your knee into your chest, elbows out" you should mention that your hands need to be on your knees. Otherwise I don't know where my arms are supposed to be. Second, it would be helpful to include a count so I have a sense of what pace I should use and how many reps I'm supposed to do. Second the class felt a bit incomplete - it was a series of exercises rather than a complete Pilates class. It could have used a couple warmups in the beginning, even just curling up our head and shoulders. These types of warmups can be very challenging so they are a good fit even for an intermediate class. Then at the end it seemed strange and abrupt to end with seal.

Thank you! This class actually worked my core, unlike many other pilates options on this site.

i haven't done pilates in some time, but this class got me right back into it. a few of the poses were challenging, but i did pretty well. great instruction. thanks! i feel like i got a nice core workout. :)

Wow! There is a LOT here!
Of course, my 5 minute warm up before the video had been insufficient.
Doing pilates with you, Erin, really kicked my butt. My core had been in better shape for this (from my own self-practice) than my hamstrings were. And so I cramped in my feet, and modified for that.
Cooled down after the video for a few minutes.
This video reminds me of Floor Barré from the NYC Ballet workout.

Great class, very intensive and useful. It would be very much appreciated if you add a worme up work out and final stretching.

Great class Erin. Just when I think my abs have truly strengthened, I continue to learn that there is always a beautiful process and progress to be made.

Just what I was looking for! I was able to do almost everything with a sprained ankle. Excellent reminders of correct alignment throughout the entire class.

Well balanced class, no gimmicks, just a good workout. Informative coaching from the voiceover keeps you controlling the movement without slowing down the pace.
