In your video, you state that we keep our eyes opened because we are not trying to hide from the world. Is it ok to keep our eyes closed? I'm used to meditating with my eyes closed, not because I'm trying to hide or run away from the world. It just helps me to calm and relax my mind.

The video won't open. Is there something I need to do on my end to view it. I've had no problems with other videos so far. Thank you.
