Stir the fire within and follow this energy upstream to the source with this dynamic Pilates based core class with Nico Luce. Using only a strap or a rope we'll explore breathing into the ribcage and different prone and supine exercises designed to tone all the muscles that stabilized the pelvis, spine and shoulders. Great for core integration, shoulder stability, improve coordination and build stamina. Note - Not recommended for people with bulging discs, hernias or rotator cuff injuries.

I have been suffering from lower back pain most of my life. I am supposed to keep my core strong, however many exercises that strengthen the core really hurt my back during practice. This session, however is amazing! It was gentle yet effective. So glad I discovered this. Will look for more of your videos. Thank you so much!

I have a broken 5th metatarsal I have used this practice every day for 4 weeks to focus on my core as I am not able to bear weight on toes. Thank you so much I can really see a difference you have helped me through rehab I am a yoga teacher and so needed this practice I loved your clear instruction soon I will be able to do the plank and uttasana

Thank for the class. Am adding to my favorites so I can master all the subtleties and to the short yoga sessions that are offered. I know the more in tune I am the more difficult it will become.

Nico: As you likely know, I treasure your practices. I notice a pattern -- they start gentle and gradually ramp up the intensity. It reminds of a good fireworks display... the intensity builds culminating in a fantastic finale. The true finale is inside -- and remains with me hours after your practice. So cool :)
