This interview with Regina Meredith was originally webcast November 5, 2015.

Michael Lindemann is a board certified smoking cessation specialist, certified through the International Hypnosis Federation. He earned a degree in transpersonal psychology from Antioch University and trained in psychological counseling at Stanford University and the Psychosynthesis Institute of San Francisco. I am fascinated by Regina's experiences. I would LOVE to hear an interview of Regina sharing her journey, insights, knowledge and experiences.

For some reason, I don't think life is about being "good." Not that we should be irresponsible brats to each other, but it always sounds like if I'm a "goodie two shoes" I'll find my way and be rewarded. This idea just doesn't resonate with me. I think life just is since our actions and reactions are a result of genetics and conditioning. Just my thoughts.

In episode 52 - season 5, while discussing souls who require a healing period after committing a lot of violence for example during the lifetime just ended, I was wondering what about souls who were on the receiving end of such abuse? Do they also require a special healing period after ending such a lifetime?

Some who die meet those they've left behind who are alive, because Earthly linear time is an illusion. Most never speak of this. ~~ Thanks for a wonderful interview.

What a beautiful and articulate conversation. It flowed. Thank you.

This is a basic introduction to Past Lives 101. It's ok. He didn't go into the subjects of karma, judgement or evil or how souls can be manipulated in past lives.

Jimirod, posted on November 9, 2015

I really enjoyed the conversation especially the part about amnesia. I believe the primary reason that this occurs is to prevent suicides.
A depressed person can be dangerousness itself. On those same lines of thinking I feel advanced civilizations ( ET's which most certainly do exist based on current research ) may remember previous lifetimes and be able to manage those skills they bring with each incarnation, without withdrawing from life and giving up. This may be one of our great genetic flaws.

Jimirod, posted on November 9, 2015

I agree with Mike on all these points. I think I'm pretty green on the reincarnation scale so I'll keep on pushing on.

jennyxym1, posted on November 9, 2015

Loved it. I have seen two individuals while doing Dr Weis's regression(online). Don't know if they were me or people I had known. I know reincarnation is real. MY BIG QUESTION IS: How are the following factored into what behavior a soul is responsible for: Chem trails, fluoride, mind control, vaccines, archons, scaler weapons, a basic sabotage on the human existence?

What a wonderful evening. I watched all three chapters in one sitting. As usual, Regina is magnificent as hostess. She is so professional and I love her and I just love the topics.
Thank you so much.
Many Blessings,

Regina ,Thankyou for bringing these topics forward as they need to be talked about more then ever at this time in history. You do an excellent job of setting up the discussion and letting the interview move forward with the topic. A subject that is close to my heart and needs to be brought forward to the North American continent way of thinking. Well done!

This and Wisdom Teachings are my two favorite shows. I recommend them to EVERYONE. I have watched everything Regina has done that is on Gaiam TV, (ALL OF IT !!) and this is the first interview that made me do a total double take and go " Wait....WHAT?" NO! NO! NO!

What do you mean if you heard a voice saying you were Joan of Arc wouldn't you want to believe it?Personally, I cannot imagine a single reason anybody would find that in any way appealing. Or trust the voice that said it. I understand the voices can be very convincing. But I can't imagine LIKING the idea of having played that role. It seems to me anybody who would claim it eagerly probably has no actual experience of having done it, and no residual trauma, which kind of goes to show that they were not her. The karmic patterns there are the stuff of nightmares. Anybody who has an artificial glamorized idea about her is clearly looking at the situation from an outsiders perspective.

What an erudite, well-spoken guest. I really like your topics and guests, Regina. You are a fabulous interviewer and it's obvious that you put a lot of energy and research into your work in order for these interviews to flow so smoothly. Thank you and keep up the great work. I learned quite a bit from this gentleman and will now check out Journey of Souls. For other viewers reading this, you may want to watch via Hulu the fascinating (free) film "Astral City." It is set on the Other Side and depicts much of what is discussed in this interview. It's Brazilian, so it's in Portuguese with English subtitles.

Iw watched till the half and i must say its not the perceft representation of what this guy is saying. It still has alot of earthly concepts in that movie. Im not saying its bad. Its just that its soo different from my own beliefs and it make me sad :).

sunshine.today, posted on November 12, 2015

Personally, I couldn't stand Astral City. I don't think it represents reincarnation well at all. The interview was much better than the movie. The movie was very sad and not at all accurate.

ZackLMiles, posted on November 6, 2015

I really like it when you and your guests make reference to movies to watch or other books to read. I'm always looking for new research on my spiritual path and and I wanted to thank you Regina for passing on what knowledge and references (and friends you meet along the way) the way you do on your show. Loved the whole show from beginning to end. And it looks like I have a few more books to check out. :-)

ritchwells, posted on November 6, 2015

Thank you Regina. I was introduced to Journey of Souls years ago and have since read all of Michael Newton's books. As a holistic practitioner, I recommend these books to my clients to help them realize that all of our struggles in this lifetime are only temporary and a part of the human story. And, more importantly, we are all amazing light beings connected to source.

jwb1410, posted on November 6, 2015

I am glad, toward the end, a discussion was had about our multi-dimensional nature. Dr. Walter Semkiw, Founder of the Institute for the Integration of Science, Intuition and Spirit (http://www.iisis.net), writes about this well in his book, Origin of the Soul. In it, he explains how we are definitely Soul having an incarnated experience. My two favorite analogies are 1) We are like a Wave on the ocean - in one sense we have an identity separate and apart from other waves, but in another way all waves are merely an expression of the ocean. The second analogy is that we are branches that expresses life through leaves - individual and separate, that draw life from and feeds the bigger structure. The leaves die and new ones replace them, all finite expressions of the infinite branch, which is in itself an expression of the much larger vine rooted in the "Ground of Being."

Bottom line - we need not fear death, and we should be mindful of our life choices. They can live with us for a long time.

dretta-love-wisher, posted on November 6, 2015

If guides help us after we die, then why do so many lost souls roam or haunt places here on Earth? Why would they be abandoned, especially scared little children who show up on EVP's?

Also, it's not just the "dead" that greet us on the other side, but those living~~ time is an illusion, thus many encounter living relatives and even living friends on the other side.

jwb1410, posted on November 6, 2015

Dretta, very excellent questions! This subject came up for me early on in my conversations with my spirit companion/guide, when we first started conversing. As he put it, the issue of "lost" souls is one that is kind of like a programming glitch. The souls are not lost as in the "can't be found" sense, but they (or that portion of their soul-self) is lost as in the "can't find their way back home" sense. Efforts are constantly made to retrieve them, but the lost part has to choose to return. As was kind of spoken to in this episode, violent, sudden deaths can leave the soul disoriented and unable to find its way back. Other souls (still oriented to the personality the took on, can fear the "judgment" and avoid moving forward out of fear it still holds. The personality is soon seen by most souls to be just a costume they wore. but at death that awareness is not that clear. I had a friend who felt compelled to help such entities by redirecting them towards the light.

There is also the issue of the energy remnants left over from particularly tragic events. It is sort of stuck in the space/time fabric of that location. This energy can be experienced sort of like a GIF, looping over and over. EVP's can be lost souls, or crossed over souls, as well as the audio portion of the trapped energy. Another branch of all this is the activity of multi-dimensional beings. We're all multi-dimensional, but there are beings that are more conscious of their abilities and will interact with humans in benevolent and malevolent ways.

Like I said, this is what my guide says. It all sounds plausible to me.

rmeredith, posted on November 6, 2015

Thank you for your comment to Dretta. Yes, there are aspects of Self that go rogue, having their own energy and agendas and I thought you explained that well.

I really enjoyed this interview, one of my favorites. To me, Micheal Newtons books are the very foundation of the new age movement because they are grounded in truth. This is information that has come from the soul rather than the mind when these individuals were put under hypnosis. If the whole world would study these books we could begin a very fast evolution. I look forward to more interviews along these lines.

SAMANTHAP, posted on November 5, 2015

regina, i also share your profound intrigue on this subject, esp. the inter-dimensional aspects of the soul, so i have to say that even though i've been entrenched with this subject for many years & didn't take away anything new, this interview was still one of my faves! so thank you!

wayne, posted on November 5, 2015

High quality, lucid discussion. I really enjoyed this and will listen to it again (and again?). In one sense, this is an excellent synopsis of where we're at in our understanding of the soul and reincarnation. I'm a big fan of your work Regina. Interesting comment below about Simon Parkes. Is there no end to the ambiguity?!

summersol, posted on November 5, 2015

Great information although, based upon whether we want to repeat the cycle of karma or to experience other worlds, by NOT allowing ourselves to be drawn towards the white light we would be offered more choices. Also, are those who greet us after death actually who they seem to be? According to Simon Parkes there are other choices. He recommends "returning to source" rather than following the light.

Hi Summersol -
In the past I had read all of Michael Newton's books and , at the time, praised them, but with the new information available , I do SO agree with you!
Many thanks to you for your comment, as many are not aware of this.

jwb1410, posted on November 9, 2015

Hope, What new information are you referring to? Just a reminder, Michael Newton's writings are based on the corroborated details of 30 years of Life-Between -Life regressions of many people. That is what gives it its validity, which is not to say that it is true, but it does put it above the thoughts and proclamations of any one individual. As Regina's interviews and others point out, there are multiple entities with multiple agendas "communicating" with us on Earth, so it is wise not to jump on bandwagons too quickly. We are not always certain who is driving. I would think twice before abandoning the well established direction of "go to the light".

With that being said, I am always open to new information, so I am interested in the "new information" you are referencing.

torunafter21, posted on November 10, 2015

"The light" is also a big question mark for me. I've heard some say that it is an artificial construct that enables us to choose to go to the light (thus respecting our freewill, and reinforced by our years of programming by various religions that it is a positive thing to do). Once we go to the light our soul is recycled and we our incarnated again on Earth, with our memories erased, to continue living on this prison planet as a source for loosh and other things. As you say, we are multi-dimensional beings, so even if what I described were true a higher part of ourselves may still have chosen this experience for soul growth.
