I chose this because of the title - "AM PM Class". Is this really a PM class? I got as far as the kapalablati, and decided to stop. I'm a little more awake than I was expecting to be!

One of our yoga teachers, Kreg Weiss, has noted the following about the practice:
The energizing breath at the beginning can help flush out heavy energy from the day, and the following sequences and relaxation will ground the elevated energy experienced in Kapalabhati for most people. if you find energizing breath work is highly stimulating (as is the case for some doshas), feel welcome to stay with basic diaphragmatic (belly) breathing during this portion of the practice.

This is such a great way to center myself and enter my body after a hard day's work. I recommend putting dinner in the oven, doing this practice (which warms up the belly) then going and eating that great dinner you just made:-/) thanks for this practice!!
