Amazing class! I do wish there was more 'traditional' kundalini kryas, however, this is great! Very challenging and energizing, yet still relaxing. Loved it!

Loved this. Definitely going yo be part of the weekly practice cycle. No old lady arms here! Great full body workout, easy on the calfs and ankles which is good as I am recovering from an injury. Getting strong but need to rotate the ankle pounding with a practice such as this. Hot, sweaty and exhilarated ! Love Gloria!

Although the teacher was fine, this is not Kundalini Yoga. To practitioners of Kundalini, a kriya without proper opening and closing mantras feels out of whack. This is just a workout, not KY. I wanted to like this but I am disappointed. Why do you call it Kundalini Yoga, yet leave out some of the most important aspects of the practice? This website misrepresented itself by offering Kundalini Yoga that isn't KY, and I just wasted my money.

Energize, energize, energize and then some! Thank you so much for opening my life to kundalini... it is the first practice that has given me the same adrenalin rush and mental high I used to get from long-distance running! I really enjoyed the effect of this class and have a feeling that I'll keep "feeling" it even more in my body tomorrow morning :) JOY!

a lovely and challenging practice. I watched this video to see if I should start attending your class at Semperviva... verdict: amazing! It will take me some time to really get to this level but I ended the session feeling relaxed, healthy, and my spine felt amazing. Muli bwanji Gloria!

This the second kundalini class I've taken in the past few days - both from Gloria - and it's really made me feel like I've finally found a yoga style that suits me: energizing, relaxing, challenging, strengthening, cardiovascularizing (okay i made up that word, but you know what I mean)...it's great to be able to move, be free, yet be calm at the same time. Just adding another positive comment to the list!

I usually love kundalini yoga practices . . . this was a great cardio workout, but is this kundalini yoga?
Where was the tune in mantra? And the meditation and chanting? And the 'Long time sun song' at the end?
Great workout . . . not a kundalini yoga class.
Please include more kundalini yoga classes, as taught by Yogi Bhajan . . . it's such an amazing discipline.

I felt really taxed during this practice, especially during seemingly simple movements such as arm raising and lowering.
My body felt like it just had a lymphatic massage, no an effective toxin release practice as well as energy release. I will definitely come back to this practice tomorrow to see how I feel. I loved it, thanks a lot, Gloria. I am looking forward to more classes of yours on myyogaonline.

This was my first Kundalini yoga practice so I have nothing to compare this to, but this class is awesome! I did not expect it to be such a good workout while also being so meditative. This will definitely be a weekly practice for me. More classes like this one, please!!

As always, Gloria never disappoints. Another one toe my weekly repertoire. Challenging, especially for the arms. Which, being 45, need the workout. Loved the breathing, I can feel myself getting stronger and focuses.
