Do you know where you true power lies? It’s easy to forget. Come get inspired by the stories told in the Ramayana about a monkey called Hanuman with Nico Luce. He was “a soul of matchless glory who had no equal in goodness or valor, wisdom or strength” but had forgotten it...

In this dynamic Vinyasa class we’ll shed off the layers of doubt that cloud our vision and power through hip openers and twists to remember what we’re made of.

“Don’t hesitate, Hanuman: fate is calling you to make your name immortal. Shed your unconfidence; your moment of glory has arrived.”

Thank you , looking forward to work more with you. Namaste. Some of vinyasa I did not make for my low back problem, very dificult, but the rest I did.

This really was a leap of faith for me when we got to the splits, then the rolls over to one side AND grabbing your foot...wow! Still a lot of work to do for me but I am getting a good high of the energy coursing through me now. Thank you Nico!

nacosta, posted on March 20, 2014

First time I have done one of the longer practices and I loved it. Loved the instruction!

atrekles, posted on March 20, 2014

Hard to take more than an hour during the week but this was a neat practice. Very inspiring!

yogagrammie, posted on March 20, 2014

I was a little intimidated when I saw how long the practice was today then even more so when I realized it was leading to the splits!!! I have only recently worked my way into the splits recently and only once but I listened to Nico and jumped right in! Nico your voice is so calming and you gave such great guidance that when it came time to get into the splits I just did it! It came easier on one side more that the other but I did it and had confidence and faith! Thank you Nico! Namaste <3

Wow!! Loved it Nico! I feel wonderfully long and calm. Your guidance allowed me to find more space in each of the poses and really find the balance between too much tension and not enough. Namaste.

mellochic, posted on March 20, 2014

Whew! I had to do this in two segments as LO woke from nap, but it was still empowering & awesome!!!! =] I was a bit intimidated by the running time as I can never count on having more than an hour, but I'm so glad I did this! Thank you, Nico!

Gorgeous class. The alignment instruction really allowed me to go deeper. And I loved the transition from vashistasana 2 to hanumanasana and back!

BlissAngel, posted on August 28, 2013

I have to agree with @Gab on the monkey babies- your wife is a very lucky woman:) All fun aside- this practice was one of the best, if not the best practice I've done to date. I too was able to get deeper in the poses and have a better understanding of softness in the more challenging postures. Nico is truly a very talented teacher and is quickly becoming my favorite! Love the style, pace, intensity and pretty much everything about this practice, including the very talented teacher. Namaste

wow, this was really a live class? the Hanuman story was so perfectly woven in. I never heard all of it before and found it really helpful and inspirational. This was a perfect practice right now, so beautiful. The instructor's strengths really show. He is funny, makes the class fun, and is extremely knowledgeable. I am going to try another of his classes soon. The music is beautiful too. thanks!!!

Nico - I've heard the story about the monkeys before - but I really love your version. This class left me feeling wrung out and so relaxed. I was able to get deeper into hanumanasana then I've ever done. Also - I've not seen anything quite like your sequencing - i.e. vashistasana with leg extended into full splits. Loved it!! This will be one of my favorites. Thank you.
