Hi Leslie,
I've done your other walks, and really enjoy them. This particular sequence was much more challenging (in a positive way), than I expected. I will do it again. I'd love for you to put your "3- and 4-Fit (or Fast) Miles" on Gaiam too. :-)

This is the second walk video that I´ve done with Leslie. What can I say. She`s great. Walk strong is a intervall training with strenght an walk seqenzes and it will not be boring. It`s highly recommandable for people they don`t like complicated steps. It`s easy to follow.
