This is the perfect practice to stretch the body and calm the mind. Great for a day when I knew that I needed some yoga but couldn't mentally commit to a longer class. Clara's classes never fail to help me feel better physically and emotionally. Thank you, Clara!

I love this practice when I'm short on time so have done it a few times now. Feels like a decent stretch even though its a shorter practice. (And as pug owner I just LOVE seeing the pug cruise by in the background at the end of lizard on the right side)

Did this practice on Sunday, and yesterday I couldn't get it out of my head how sweet it had felt, so I had to do it again on Monday. It felt just as wonderful the second time; I think this is going to become one of my go to videos when I need to relax. Thank you so much for an amazing practice!

A nice, relaxing, deep stretch. good for days when you're not as energetic and to focus the mind when you don't have a lot of time. Clara is very informal in her instructions using phrases like "you can chill here, or..." - cute. Beautiful scenery.

That was really lunar! Hey, Clara - how about giving us another practice on par with your Let's Fly. That is my favoite practice of yours and I do it a lot. I just wish you would give us more classes with level of difficulty (or even more challenging!) and length of practice (at least an hour). Hope to see more of your videos soon!
